All packages can be shared with family & friends, however, personal training sessions must be completed individually (one client/one trainer). Simultaneous training session are available schedule permitting.
Solo Access Training Sessions

Solo Acess Training provides you with a flexible and cost-effective Strength Fitness option. After completion of Strength Fitness Intro Sessions plus 12 or more personal training sessions, Solo Access clients can perform self-supervised training sessions (up to 10 visits per month) in our semi-private studio during specific hours. To qualify for Solo Access privileges, you are required to maintain a minimum of two personal training sessions (duration of your choice) per month.
